The exculsive triple valve safety system plus safety lock on the handle prevents opening before all pressure is release. There are 2 independent over-pressure release valves assuring no excess pressure build-up. The simple to use dial format makes it easy to regulate and release pressure and remove for cleaning. Select the automatic pressure release position to release pressure. Visual pressure indicator on handle shows when all pressure has been released from the cooker. The 10" diameter base allows better browning and searing. The MAX line indicator alerts your of filling the pressure cooker past its two thirds of filling capacity.
